This page exists because deleting your data shouldn't require reading a privacy policy end to end. Three ways to do it are below, followed by exactly what each one does and doesn't cover.

How to delete what the AI remembers about you

The dashboard: Forget everything

Open /dashboard/profile/memories. You can browse every memory Quixly has stored about you — filtered by which server it came from, its visibility (private, public, or shared with a server), and its kind — edit or delete any single one, or hit "Forget everything" and type forget to confirm. That call deletes every AI memory tied to your Discord account, across every server, immediately.

In Discord: /memory forget-all

Run /memory forget-all in a server. This deletes your memories for that server only — if Quixly remembers things about you in three servers, running this once clears one of them. Use the dashboard method above to clear all of them at once.

In chat: tell the AI to forget you

Say something like "forget everything about me" to Quixly's AI in a channel it's active in. It recognizes that intent and performs the same full, every-server wipe as the dashboard's "Forget everything."

What “forget” actually deletes

Long-term AI memories (facts the AI has stored about you) — deleted immediately, permanently, whichever method you use.
Not deleted: moderation history where you were the target (bans, kicks, warnings) — those exist as a server's accountability record and aren't part of the AI memory system.
Not deleted: leveling/XP and economy balances — these are ordinary gameplay state, not AI memory.
Not affected either way: AI conversation turns and call logs already roll off automatically on the schedule below — "forget" doesn't need to touch them.

What deletes itself automatically

A scheduled sweep permanently deletes rows older than a fixed window, no action required from you:

AI conversation content (raw chat turns): 30 days
AI call metadata (model/tokens/cost, not message content): 90 days
AI proactive-message activity: 90 days
Aggregated AI usage stats: 180 days
Auto-moderation action logs: 90 days
Reaction-translation logs: 30 days
Expired dashboard login tokens: 30 days after they expire

AI long-term memories are the one AI-related table with no fixed expiry — see "What forget actually deletes" above for why, and use one of the three methods above to remove them on your own schedule.

Leaving a server

Server admins can turn on a "purge memories on member leave" setting for their server, off by default. When it is on and you leave that server, Quixly deletes the facts it stored about you in that server, the conversation turns you took part in there, and the request logs tied to your account there. Facts stored about other members that referenced you keep their content but lose the reference to you. Your personal, cross-server memories are not part of this — use "Forget everything" in the dashboard for those.

With the setting off, leaving a server does not delete anything on its own, and the normal retention windows below apply instead.

Deleting everything else

For anything not covered by a self-service control above — a full export of your data, or removing your user reference from historical moderation logs (the log entry stays, for the server's record, but is anonymized) — contact [email protected]. We aim to act on verified requests within 30 days.
