Quixly is a Discord bot providing moderation, auto-moderation, leveling, tickets, giveaways, economy, and AI chat features, plus a web dashboard for configuring those features without commands.
You must meet Discord's own age and account requirements to use Quixly, since it runs entirely on top of Discord. Server admins who enable Quixly's features are responsible for making sure those features comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines in their server.
You agree not to:
Quixly's AI assistant can be configured by server admins with different personas — including looser, more irreverent presets that allow profanity and dark humor. Server admins choose that configuration for their own server; the AI can still be wrong, make things up, or produce content some members find objectionable. Nothing the AI says is professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and Quixly is not responsible for decisions made based on it.
Server admins are responsible for the persona and content-filter settings they choose and for moderating their own community accordingly.
Quixly currently offers a free tier at no cost. Higher-usage AI tiers (Pro, Enterprise) are described on the Pricing page but are not yet available for purchase — no payment processing exists today. Joining a plan's waitlist is not a purchase and creates no billing obligation. If paid plans launch, we will publish the cancellation, refund and renewal terms here before taking any payment.
We may suspend or remove Quixly's access to a server, or disable a specific user's access to its features, for violating these terms, Discord's policies, or applicable law. Server admins can remove Quixly from their server at any time via Discord's own server settings.
Quixly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that data will never be lost, or that AI output will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quixly Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Quixly. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where Dutch law does not permit it — in particular for damage caused by intent or deliberate recklessness.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved between us will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
If you use Quixly as a consumer within the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions in your country of residence, and you keep the right to bring a claim before your local competent court.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change and announce material changes in our support server. Continuing to use Quixly after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
